ArchiFlow

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

§1 General provisions

These terms govern the use of the ArchiFlow service — the website archiflow.udb.pl and the application at archiflowtool.udb.pl. The service provider is ValueAdd sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Kazimierza 5, 01-248 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000518166, NIP (VAT ID) 5272718725, REGON 147364337.

§2 Scope of the service

ArchiFlow is project management software for architectural offices, provided as SaaS: stage timelines, a client portal, project messages, integration with the office's Google Drive and Dropbox, and a workflow for documents signed with the Polish trusted profile (ArchiFlow sends the links and stores the signed file in the office folder; it does not verify signature certificates and is not a trust service provider). Features and limits (number of projects, users) depend on the chosen plan — the current pricing is available at archiflow.udb.pl/en/pricing.

§3 User account

  • Registering an account on the Free plan is free of charge and requires no payment card
  • You can sign up with an email address or a Google account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Sharing your account with third parties and any activity that breaks the law or disrupts the service is prohibited

§4 Free trial

The Studio and Office plans come with a 14-day free trial, no payment card required. When the trial ends, an account without a paid subscription returns to the Free plan — project data is preserved.

§5 Payments

  • Fees for the Studio and Office plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, according to the pricing page
  • Invoices are issued within 7 days of the charge
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing period

§6 Cancellation and account deletion

You can cancel at any time — the subscription will not renew for the next billing period. To delete your account together with its data, write to archiflow@udb.pl.

§7 Liability

  • The provider works to keep the service running without interruption but is not liable for outages caused by technical circumstances beyond its control (infrastructure failures, force majeure)
  • You are responsible for the content you enter into the application (projects, messages, your office's client records, linked files)
  • Maintenance work is scheduled outside business hours where possible

§8 Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

§9 Complaints

Complaints about the service can be sent to archiflow@udb.pl. We respond within 14 days.

§10 Changes to these terms

Users will be notified of changes to these terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the changes.
